About Us

Atma Vidya Educational Foundation ('AVEF') supports the model school for the KPM Approach to Children and disseminates the Approach to individuals and organizations throughout the world through its training programmes, publications and outreach activities. AVEF was founded in 1985 and is located in Kerala, India.

AVEF is committed to the following principles:

2. Children need a foundation of self-worth and confidence to facilitate their integrated development.

AVEF supports the KPM model school - Sri Atmananda Memorial School, Kerala, India - that provides proof that when children are valued, they are happy and confident, and flourish personally, socially and academically. This has far-reaching implications for the education of children throughout the world.
